These terms apply when you use the Bling By Viya website or place an order through it. Bling By Viya is the jewellery house of VIYA Clothing.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping, Exchanges & returns and Privacy pages.

Bling By Viya offers luxury fashion jewellery. Each product page lists the details of that particular piece, and those details are the description that applies to it.

We describe and show every piece as faithfully as we can, but colours and finishes can look slightly different from one screen to another.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.

Payment is taken securely through Razorpay at checkout.

Your order is placed once your payment has succeeded, and you can see it in your account.

If we are ever unable to fulfil an order — for example, if a piece is no longer available — we will contact you and refund what you paid for it.

How your piece reaches you, and what to do if it is not right, are set out on our Shipping and Exchanges & returns pages.

Appointments are booked through Cal.com. If you can no longer make it, please use the reschedule or cancel link in your booking confirmation, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Please keep your sign-in details to yourself. Your account is shared between VIYA and Bling By Viya, so the same details work on both websites.

The Bling By Viya name and logo, and the designs, photographs and words on this website, belong to Bling By Viya and VIYA Clothing. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Please use this website only for its intended purpose — and never in a way that could harm it, other visitors, or us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have as a consumer under the law.
