We currently deliver to addresses within India.

If you would like a piece sent somewhere else, write to care@blingbyviya.com before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Once your payment is confirmed, your piece is checked and packed with care before it is handed to our delivery partner.

Every order is packed to travel safely. Details of our packaging will be shared here soon.

Delivery times depend on where you are. We will share the expected timing with you once your order is on its way.

If you need a piece by a particular date — a wedding, a festival, a birthday — please write to us before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Any delivery charge — and any order value above which delivery is complimentary — is shown in your bag and again at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

When your order leaves us, we will share its tracking details with you.

• Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
• If the package looks damaged or opened, note it with the delivery partner if you can, take a photograph, and write to care@blingbyviya.com with your order number.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are complete at checkout, so our delivery partner can reach you.
